Our Values
What we believe.
Breathing is a performance lever, not a passive activity.
How you breathe affects your heart rate, your oxygen delivery, your sleep quality, and your recovery between sets. The athletes you watch already know this. Most of the rest of us are about to learn.
Nasal breathing is the cheat code.
The Buteyko Method has trained Olympic teams since the 1960s. James Nestor's Breath made it mainstream in 2020. Patrick McKeown's The Oxygen Advantage turned it into a training protocol for endurance athletes. The science is consistent across all three: breathe through your nose, especially during sleep and during easy training, and your performance changes measurably.
Equipment should look like equipment.
Beige medical nasal strips work but they look like they belong in a pharmacy aisle. We made ours black because we wanted to wear them too.
